Nanny position

Hello,
We are looking for a nanny 4+ days a week must have a drivers license, car not necessary. Available ON CALL for day shift Monday through Friday (30+hours, some weeks can be up to 50 hours ) We are a family with 2 great kids ages 10 & 4 school drop off & pick up along with activities, Light Cleaning & meal prep. I would really like to fill the position asap I'm looking for someone that has a strong work ethic (because your work ethic intern affects my job... No lates or no shows) someone who is creative, super fun, loving & reliable for my kids to be with when I'm at work.
I realize on call is a scary phrase & a commitment but I've been with the same job for 15 years. We are looking for this to be a long-term placement.
Gas & activity compensation included.
