Experienced Childcare Provider Wanted

Hi, my wife and I are looking for a childcare provider in North Vancouver for our 4 year old daughter who has Autism diagnosis . We would like someone who is experienced, reliable and trustworthy.
Its different from babysitting and is more involved in playing with her and expanding her language , play skills , doing arts...
Program is 2-3 hours sessions ( total can be upto 10 hrs per week depending on candidate availabilities) in weekdays or possibly weekends at our home in North Vancouver. The sessions are generally combination of some art work , playing , singing , circle times, reading books and similar activities with her . The main goal is expanding her language skills as well as readiness for kindergarten.

What we looking for is someone who is good with younger kids and can relate and play with them and is willing to learn new things. The rest is something that we can teach through the rest of the team and our beharvarial consultant .
