Experienced Childcare Provider Wanted - on call basis.

Hi, I am looking for a childcare provider in North Vancouver on an "on-call basis". We would like someone who is experienced, reliable and trustworthy.

I travel around 7 days total a month for work and my wife who also works locally in Vancouver full time needs help with the kids late afternoon and early evenings. We need the following service and I was wondering if you do offer these services to cater to our needs:

1. Do your Nannies pick up kids from their daycare in their own car with car seats and drive them to our home and look after them until my wife comes home? – they could pick up out kids at 4pm from daycare in north Vancouver and my wife is normally home by 6 or 7pm. Would this be an option at all?

2. Would we be able to secure 1 or 2 of the same nanny/s, so that our kids get to know them and they feel safe with the same nanny/s picking them up from daycare in North Vancouver?
